Fallout
FallouP takes place in the same universe as the Fallout videogame. We can say its a fan webcomic.
Fallout: A Post Nuclear Role Playing Game - developed and published by Interplay in 1997.
The game is set in a post-apocalyptic world following The Great War, a nuclear war that occurred on October 23, 2077 and lasted less than two hours but caused immense damage and destruction. Before The Great War were the Resource Wars, during which the United Nations disbanded, a plague rendered the United States paranoid, and Canada was annexed.
The game takes place in 2161 in Southern California and begins in Vault 13, the protagonist's home. Vault 13's Water Chip, a computer chip responsible for the water recycling and pumping machinery, has broken. The Vault Overseer tasks the protagonist with finding a replacement. He or she is given a portable device called the "PIPBoy 2000" which keeps track of mapmaking, quest objectives, and various bookkeeping aspects. Armed with the PIPBoy 2000 and meager equipment, the protagonist is sent out into the remains of California to find another Water Chip.

Major Locations------
Baccio
A one street town. Placed between major cities, Baccio is the haven of merchants and wanderers. Whatever they want, they’ll find it here. Hence the nickname: The city of pleasure. However, they need to keep a low profile or marshals will love to have to “chat” with them. With the help of an ancient windmill, Baccio is also the best place for electrical supply. Sadly, most of the children disappeared or have been found dead. Some blame Deathclaws while others think it’s a disturbed killer.
La Esperanza
Before the Great War, Vault B has been overwhelmed by hundreds of Mexicans tired of the American presence in their country. Years later, because of the overpopulation and the lack of resources, they had to exit the vault. With the help of their G.E.C.K., they succeeded to rebuild a resourceful town. So, because of their recent history with the US, most of the citizens don’t like white people and only speak Spanish. Also, they start to have a food shortage and have more and more difficulties to fight off raiders’ assaults and other threats.
The Roofs
A maximum-security town which (kinda) survived the Great War thanks to its location. The survivors mutate because of the radiations and became ghouls. But with the help of their pre-war installation, they easily built resources back. Since Deathclaws built their nest on the streets of the town, ghouls have to live on the upper stairs and on the roofs. Years ago, their cattle died of a plague and after an internal war, the town had to trade theirs treasures for food and resources. They’re still closing theirs doors to strangers.
Elites camp
Founded 40 years ago, the camp was created to regroup the best people of the Wasteland no matter their origin. Their goal was to construct a better future by asking the best of everyone. If one can follow their exhausted orders, one can say they’re the most tolerant people of Baja California. Otherwise, they can’t bear weakness. For them, only strong and smart people can change the world, so they despise the weakest. They’re also the most powerful force of the area.
Preachers' vault
Retrenched in their vault since the Great War, Vault’s A dwellers felt in the hand of a guru who changes them into docile followers. Disgusted by the outside world (for what they heard from theirs scouts), they stayed locked in their vault.
Oddly, they opened their vault a couple of month ago and started to preach for redemption.
